Teachers taking their initial tentative actions into the world of education could be a little overwhelmed at very first at the prospect of facing a classroom of young learners, all relying on their imagination and resourcefulness to take them to the next stage in their lives.
On top of this, there will be school policies and curriculums to adhere to, new colleagues and perhaps a few ‘class management’ problems to contend with too. So it suffices to say that a teacher’s job has its fair share of challenges.
Even so, this is counteracted with the numerous rewarding facets of the profession, such as working with lots of adorable young individuals, eager to hang on the teacher’s every single word and learn many valuable lessons that extend well beyond the confines of their textbooks.
